Hello, I'm Viktoria!

Welcome! I'm glad you are here. I know how confusing it can be to find the right help and the benefits that come when you do eventually find the right fit. If you are looking for counselling or coaching, feel free to reach out via the contact page.

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) providing counselling and coaching to adults aged 18 and up. I specialize in neurodiversity, giftedness, and twice/thrice exceptionalities (2e/3e). I work virtually with clients across Ontario.

In addition to these areas, I provide therapy for women navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, and stress related to midlife change. I also offer support for challenges such as anxiety and stress, sleep difficulties, work-related stress, self-esteem concerns, and relationship dynamics. I am a certified coach with a Bachelor’s degree, double majoring in Psychology and Women’s Studies, and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. With over 21 years of professional experience, along with lived experience, I understand many of the bumps you may have encountered on your journey.

If you’ve always sensed you experience the world a little differently, whether through heightened sensory awareness, a busy mind, or bursts of creative energy — you’re in the right place!

I work with adults who may be:

My Story:

I have been supporting neurodivergent adults and their families since 2003, providing in-home and residential services. I later worked with Erinoak Kids as a consultant in partnership with the local school boards. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in community and healthcare settings, offering therapy, coaching, and case management for both children and adults. In addition to my professional experience, I have meaningful personal connections with neurodivergent individuals. I also bring lived experience as someone with a learning difference and a late diagnosis of ADHD.

My Approach:

I offer a neurodiversity-affirming approach grounded in empathy, clarity, and structure. That means we focus on what works for your brain and not trying to mold you into something you’re not. I believe in an approach that is empathic, strength-based, accepting, and affirming. I will work with you to help you let go of the things that no longer serve you. I believe in the importance of a collaborative relationship in order to help you achieve your desired outcome.  I will take my time to listen carefully to ensure I fully understand your needs and situation. I bring my genuine, non-judgemental self to our sessions, at times using humour as appropriate. I also provide practical strategies and techniques to face your challenges, while helping build your own strengths and resources.

Whether you're navigating relationships, work stress, transitions, or just daily life, my role is to help you build systems, gain insight, and strengthen self-trust, while honouring your unique way of experiencing the world.

Let's talk so we can determine if my approach is the right fit for you! Feel free to head over to the contact page to set up a free, no obligation consultation.
