Coaching - also known as life coaching - involves encouraging, counselling, and motivating clients on various personal issues. During this process we identify your goals and potential obstacles holding you back. Next, we develop a plan and practice strategies to overcome these obstacles to meet your goals. 

 

The coaching relationship seeks to:

 

Create a vision for what you would like to achieve in your coaching sessions 

Develop strategies and skills 

Assist you in applying the strategies 

Identify solutions rather than focusing on the problems 

Invite you to do more of what is working 

Help you develop your own resources that you can continue to use long-term 

Promote your self-awareness and personal growth 

Provide assistance to "do it here and now" during your coaching sessions 

Create a space for accountability in order to help you with productivity
